Associate
Rachel is an Associate at Ashton Turner LaGatta, P.C, and has been a practicing attorney for a year in landlord-tenant matters. Rachel focuses her efforts on providing concise, catered, and personal advice to all her clients ranging from reviewing and revising Lease Agreements, writing and responding to 93A Demand Letters, and negotiating settlement agreements. However, where litigation is inevitable, Rachel is passionate about advocating on behalf of her clients in hearings and trials before the Housing and District Courts of Massachusetts including small claims and summary process actions. Rachel's admission to the New Hampshire Bar is currently pending.
Rachel graduated Suffolk University Law School in 2022 and was a proud participate in their National Mock Trial Team, an award-winning member of Suffolk University’s Podcast Club, and tour guide. Prior to law school, Rachel attended Roger Williams University, obtaining a degree in Business Management in 2019. When not in the office, Rachel enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, and hanging around with her new kitten!
